We are Ireland's only Doula Agency, offering services nationwide. We facilitate you and your family - helping to introduce you to the right doula for your individual needs. Your chosen doula will offer support and encouragement through your fertility, pregnancy, birth and early parenting journey. We are there every step of the way, supporting YOUR choices while offering evidence based information, knowledge and skills to ensure you can make informed decisions.
We represent an amazing team of doulas nationwide and in our role as an agent we can introduce you to a doula that we feel will be the best fit for you and your family. Once you book in with your doula they will offer you support throughout your pregnancy and birth experience if choosing a birth doula and throughout the postpartum period if you are working with a postpartum doula. We also offer bereavement doula support for miscarriage, stillbirth & loss.
We offer bespoke doula packages, tailor made to each family and each situation. We take the time to listen to your hopes, dreams and plans and ensure you get the right support to help you achieve your goals.
You can take one section of our support, such as postpartum doula support, on its own or you can opt for a full support package from antenatal preparation through to birth and early parenting support.
DoulaCare Ireland is the brainchild of Mary Tighe and Jen Crawford. Mary and Jen are two of the most experienced doulas in Ireland and widely known and respected for the work that they do. They decided to join forces and bring their skills and knowledge together to create an all encompassing Doula Agency. Doulacare Ireland offers a team of doulas to choose from who will support you every step of the way as you prepare for your upcoming birth. Anyone using DoulaCare Ireland will have the reassurance that the doulas we represent have all been carefully selected by Jen and Mary because of their training, knowledge and experience and they have their own insurance as well as working under a Code of Ethics. Doulacare Ireland strive to raise the professional standards of doula work in `Ireland.
Our agency doulas are all Garda Vetted & Insured. We were the first doulas in Ireland to achieve Garda vetting. Leading the way with doula industry standards in Ireland.
