We will obviously provide you with these rights and follow our obligations to you as a valued customer. If you have any issues with our products or services please contact events@doulacare.ie

If you have purchased a ticket for one of our events or trainings we have a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you have 14 days to change your mind. If you do change your mind up to 14 days after purchasing a ticket for a DoulaCare Ireland Ltd. event or training you will be entitled to a full refund. To avail of this refund please email events@doulacare.ie and we will issue you with a full refund (less the cost of any fees incurred). After this 14 day period WE REGRET THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR CANCELLED.

  • Tickets are sold subject to DoulaCare Ireland Ltd. right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.

  • Exchange of tickets is permitted (you must contact us to let us know and give us the name of the person you are giving your ticket to).
