Kate Duffy

My name is Kate. I am a proud mama of two boys, Milo and Luka.

I trained as a placenta remedies specialist in 2016 and as a birth doula and postpartum doula with DONA International this year.

I practiced hypnobirthing throughout both my pregnancies. This opened up a world of empowered pregnancy and birth to myself and my partner and helped me in having two natural, positive birth experiences.

I am so passionate about all things empowering for women in birth and after birth and feel honoured to be able to work with couples and families at such a wonderful time.
